Great show!

I love this podcast for it’s content and hosts. It’s a great compliment to my running friend podcasts that don’t talk about actual running most of the time. This pod balances that out without overwhelming me with too much technical info that can be distracting while I’m on a run. Trail math, am I right? It also gets me excited to look for new events and even watch events that are being live streamed. 5 stars!
