Excellent Analyses, Refreshing Humor

Love how in-depth this show gets when doing pre-race analyses. I learn something new every time I listen to another episode. Gets me pumped to go out and run some trails every time! Also, it’s quite refreshing to have some humor thrown into the mix in what is typically a very serious podcasting arena.
